transfer stuff from old droid to new?

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide in this matter.

Verizon is sending me a replacement droid- mine has issues. How do I efficiently transfer everything from the old droid to the new one? It is NOT rooted. We need the warranty intact.

Any suggestions?

just make sure everythings stored on the sd card and switch those. for apps you can use something like mybackup

no problem. most of your personal stuff is already saved on ur sd card so just switch them and ull be fine
