Transfering Email Accounts to Replacement Phone

Hello,

I have an OG Droid, and I'm about to get a replacement Phone from VZN because the power button stoped working.

I am using the stock Email App. Is there a way to download/backup and upload my email accounts settings to the new phone, or will I have to manually re-enter each account onto the new phone ?

Thanks in advance,
dmoney

If u are using Gmail, once u sign in it'll auto keep ur files. As for yahoo, etc u need to add ur email accts to ur new device and once u sign in it should keep ur existing files. Just be sure to select auto sync or sync when u add it onto ur new phone.

if you're not too attached to the stock app, you can download k-9 mail and titanium backup and just backup k-9 mail...on your new phone just download titanium backup and restore the k-9 mail (using the same sd card of course)
