Transferring Outlook address book to Droid X2

I use AOL to send/receive emails on my X2. When I start typing an address in a new email, some of my Outlook addressees appear and some don't. How can I transfer the entire contents of my Outlook address book to my X2? How can I ensure that when I add an addressee to my Outlook address book it gets synced to my X2?
