Trashed ICON but can not find app nowhere

I trashed big photo+gallery Icon because of size and try to find later but can not find anywhere now. Another fav number icon trashed and can not find either.
Please advise me where to find those icons.

Did you long press on the homescreen and go motorla widgets?

for what it's worth, I lost an app as well. I turned off the phone, turned it back on and, there it was.
