Trouble with in call volume?

Just in the past couple days I've noticed a problem arising with my Droid Pro. The in call volume is maxed out but I can barely hear the other caller. Also, when in speaker mode you have to hold the phone to your ear to hear anything. Is there any way to increase this or have I unintentially made it quiter and there is some way to increase it? I changed nothing on the phone itself. Have I blown out a speaker or something?

Also, I keep my phone in vibrate mode virtually 100% of the time, so I only get the haptic feedback when I dial a number. However, when I suspected a speaker was out and I turned it to ring normally, I could still plainly hear the notification of a dialed number.

Had the same problem. I just restarted my phone and it was fine.

Its a good idea to reset your DROID every two or 3 days.

I like to do it at least once a day.

I had the same exact thing happen! Ended up having the phone replaced!
