flashed clock work recovery thru odin but when root instrutions said to apply update.zip it keeps failing to apply? so how do u put update.zip in root of sd card??

just make sure its not in a folder and on the root menu of the sd card

It's the first level. When you go into the SD card place the file there and not into a folder,
