Trying to remove facebook screen

I tried to remove face book but it appears it is a build with the software. The issue I have is on my right screen face book is taking up a good portion of the screen. It says you are not loged in?

how can I remove it? I tried task killer but still wont move?

Is it the actual Facebook widget? If so, you can long-press on the widget (facebook screen) and then drag it down to the trash can (the button on the screen that you press to bring up all of your apps turns into the trash can when you long-press an app/widget/shortcut that's on your home screens).
