Turn notification LED off at night?

Does anyone know of an app (or setting) that will allow me to turn off the notification LED during certain hours? My wife complains that it's too bright (she's a light sleeper, no pun intended). If I could set it up so the LED is "muted" between 11pm and 6am, that would be ideal. Ideas? Thanks in advance.

I prefer lightflow, from the market. Can set sleep times for sounds and Led notifications.
