Turn off Accuweather pop-up

When I tap on the wallpaper, I get this pop-up bubble with "Accuweather," the temperature, and my location. I feel so stupid, I can't figure out how to turn it off. I have Go Launcher EX installed and Beautiful Widgets weather installed. I've gone through the GO settings and even frozen BW and all weather apps in Titanium Backup. It's gotten really annoying. Any idea? Just a note that I don't actually have any Accuweather app installed, it seems like another app is using it.

Edit: Nevermind, it was the Forest Live Wallpaper that was the problem.
