Two questions on my Droid X

First is, my cheek always seems to hit ADD CALL when I'm talking to someone. Is there a way to prevent this (A lock screen app)?

Also, my phone randomly disconnects when on a phone call. Running Fission ROM, and also do *22899 about every 2 weeks.

I use WidgetLocker and under settings I check "show in call." Problem solved.

I'd upgrade your ROM if I were you as Fission hasn't been supported in months.

There is a sensor next to the ear speaker that is supposed to detect light. This sensor is designed to shut off the screen during phone calls so it could be as easy as how you are holding your phone. If you have a space between your head the the ear piece it could in essence keep the screen on allowing you to push buttons during a phone call.

As far as dropping calls you should be calling VZW to report that as it may be an issue with your phone, or worse yet an issue with the network in your area.

I am on fission as well. I've noticed that I continuously disconnect calls with my cheek. I was on 2.6.1, but due to a variety of issues, I've gone back to 2.5.7. So far, no more issues.
