Two questions...

Hi guys! I know its been asked before but I just want to know the exact way to update to 4.04 on my nexus. Some places says its just through recovery but others say its a bit of a process. Also I just wanted to ask if I do the update will I still be able to get ota updates after. Thanks in advance guys!
