TWRP, CWM, and Android 5.1.1 Rom Available For The Xiaomi Mi Note

Xiaomi is quickly becoming one of the top phone producers world wide. They actually beat Samsung in some markets. The Mi Note is one of the more popular devices. It runs a custom rom MIUI which is pretty well bloated with tons of extra features. If you want a cleaner experience on the Mi Note there is now a 5.1.1 Android Rom.
