UID 10006 keeping phone from sleeping

My wifes D2 has been getting horrible battery life for a couple of weeks now. She's completely stock. Spare parts battery usage stats show "UID 10006" is always running, and keeping the phone from sleeping. Does anyone know what this process is and if I can kill it?
