Un-installed some stuff, contacts crash.

Hey guys, I searched to try and find this problem, and everyone said to just unfreeze the apps.. well, I didn't freeze them, I uninstalled them, and now it seems that I can not figure out how to fix this problem. I don't know where or what to search for. I suspect what I did was delete the yahoo-nonsense-contact-thingy.

Basically, when I try to open, add, or edit my contacts it just crashes back to the home screen. Does anyone have a detailed walk-thru on how to fix this? I'm running rooted GB.

You're correct in regards to the yahoo contacts. This is the reason to not actually delete the files. Instead, either rename the .apk to something else, or freeze them with Titanium Backup. That way, if it's something you need, it's not forever gone.

As far as fixing the issue, I would imagine reinstalling the missing files will fix the issue. You'll either need to find the corresponding .apk or do a factory reset.
