Unable to get Update

Have a Verizon S3 which I rooted using the first method I saw come out on this forum. I have had no problems until now. I have not used any custom roms or made any other changes beyond root.

I have been unable to get the update. I get a the message that update failed.

Anyone else have this problem how did you fix it.

If I want to try to go back to unrooted stock .... how do I do that? Where might I find the files?

I'm having the same exact problem. Unable to accept the update. Rooted but no custom ROM's installed. I also temporarily disabled root with Voodoo but the update still failed. Anybody have any advice? Thanks.

Did you freeze or delete system apps or flash any custom recovery? If not I'm not sure .haven't had this s3 long...

No. Just rooted

Well I needed to unroot anyway so I went back to stock and then was able to get the updates.
