unable to install app from sd card

My mmx a116 can't able to install app from sd card ,the option "install" touch doesnot work . i am also allow to install unknown source app in setting . some days before i have been facing the problem please help me.

Is the app you are trying to install an APK file? Why are you trying to install from the SD card?

the OS doesn't allow for application data to be saved on an SD card. The OS is actually slower in loading an app when the data is located on the SD card
