Unable to Upgrade to 2.2 From rooted 2.1

I followed this Tutorial How to: Install Rooted Foyo 2.2 via ROM Manager and I asked for help there but I know this Forum is a little more active so I hope I will get a response from here.

I followed the tutorial exactily and after downloading the 2.2 ROM from ClockworkMod and booting into recovery to install it I get this. (I checked the Wipe and backup current ROM boxes)

E:failed to seek in /cache/update.zip (Invalid argument)
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted.

I really hope I can get this working, I also tried manually putting the update.zip on my SD card and installing from there, I get the same message

Did you mod anything or theme anything? If all of your system files are not exactly original or present, it will fail.

Nope I didnt delete any boatwear or theme anything

put the update.zip inside the cache folder and try that.
