unable to view .eml file attachments

recd a few e-mails with messages forwarded that come across as a .eml attachment. this is common behavior for messages forwarded from iphones and such. in any case i hit the open button on the attachment, i get a "this attachment cannot be displayed" error message.

are there any viewers i can install to handle this type of file format? or other creative workarounds?

Dump the email application and switch to K9 email client is the only work around I've found...

oh ok thx for the info, was wondering about a different mail client, and had been looking at thouchdown but it seems that one is not free and k9 is!
