Unfreeze frozen apps?

What app did you use to freeze them?

I used the built in function of ICS.

Just to make sure I understand what you did here...

You went into Settings>Apps and disabled some apps, right?

Yes I guess frozen is wrong term. I went into app info and disabled them.

Ok cool.

Go back into Settings>Apps, tab over to All, scroll down to the bottom to find your disabled apps, click each one to bring it up and enable it.
