uninstall the ota

Hello all,

I downloaded the ota gingerbread and do not want to install it. My phone keeps prompting me to do so. My question is. How do I get rid of the update? I have searched for the file on my phone and I am not sure where to look. I am rooted and would like to stay that way, and I read if you do the stock ota update you will lose root. Where do I find this file to get rid of it?

Just keep choosing layer. Eventually it will stop asking. That's what I did.
