Uninstall Trial Apps that came with phone

I am trying to uninstall City ID that came with device. The button to uninstall is not clickable. Any thoughts?

Pre-installed apps are only able to be removed once the phone is rooted. If you want to hide the icon in the app drawer, Launcher Pro and ADW.Launcher both give that option.

Freezing, hiding, renaming--all these are better options than deleting or uninstalling if you intend to root for this. You may need all that bloatware intact later for updates.
