Unintelligible Voice Quality

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with your voice being severely distorted when using your Incredible phone? I have never had an issue making calls in the past; however, in an emergency situation this past weekend, my phone failed me! I was calling my husband & 911 for help, and no one could understand me :icon_eek: My husband said my voice sounded like a very warped robot, & others just kept saying "hello...hello" even though I was talking/answering. This was the case on both incoming & outgoing calls. It was very scary & frustrating! I know many of us like to play with our phones, but being able to use them in an emergency situation is imperative! It was not the location. I eventually pulled the battery, but it was not until later that night that the phone seemed to be fine. I never lost text functioning or anything. It was weird, and it certainly has me questioning the reliability of my phone. Thanks for reading & any feedback!

Wow. Has never happened to me. Nobody ever doesn't understand me on mine. Always works fine. I don't know why it would do that.
