Unknown reason -18

For some reason, i can't download angry birds or a couple of other apps, actually downloading is fine, its the installing. It fails and then gives the error message, "unknown reason -18". Had anybody else seen this or knows a solution to the problem?

Hook your phone to a pc select mass storage go to the folder android secure and delete the file marked smdl2tmp1.asec'
don,t know where it came from but its corrupt. I just fixed mine

i just had the same problem... delete that file and check your SD card.. my phone wasn't reading.. i had to power down, remove & replace the SD.. once i rebooted my X all was well and apps installed the way they should
