Unlock button

Having a problem where I push the unlock/power button and nothing happens. Slide the keyboard still nothing. I gotta play around with it, or have someone call me before I finally get the screen to turn on. Also the battery is more then half full so I know it's not a dead battery problem. Any ideas?

Is this a persistent issue or a recent issue? If recent, have you tried a reboot/batt pull?

Just turn it off and pull the battery out wait a minute then turn it back on? I'll try and see if it does it again.

Ya regular reboots should help you avoid problems like that. How often do you reboot?

I have only had my phone for about a month. I just did it... and now my keyboard back light is not on, sigh...

Use the power control widget to cycle through your backlight options and it will come back on. You should reboot at least every other day to keep the phone in good health.
