UNLOCKED LOCK on start up?

I recently got an update from Verizon for my GS4. Now when I start up my phone when it gets to the part when it says Samsung there is an "unlocked lock" under Samsung and it says "custom". I'm not rooted our anything. I have no idea what this means

Mine phone has done that since day 1. I got my s4 the day they came out.

Mine did that on the first reboot on a previous update, but hasn't since.
