Hi I am new to cell phones and the forum. I have put the inevitable off (owning and using a cell phone) until recently when I was given a used HTC Thunderbolt. I have tried to pay to get it unlocked via the internet and it appears that I have been had - money taken no code given. What is the best way to proceed. The original carrier was Verizon in the US. I am anticipating traveling to Britain this weekend, have a SIM card for the UK and would like to think I could get this phone to work before I leave. Thank you for your help. Endoscaper
