Unplug changes notification and ringtones - DX2

This seems to be a new issue, possibly since 2.3 and I can't seem to figure out why. I believe I have narrowed it down to when the USB is unplugged but it may be happening randomly when the wall charger is unplugged as well.

Any of the same issues or solutions?
