Unprotecting songs in iTunes

So I got doubletwist and it not move over my 12 protected songs. I heard you can do it in Itunes for $0.30 a song. But I can't figure out how to unprotect a song.

Perhaps it may be easier to burn it to a CD and back.

Any suggestions?

Click on this link, it will open a box asking for your permission to open itunes store. When iTunes store opens it will search for which songs are available for upgrade to iTunes Plus.

iTunes Store

If you only have 12 songs with DRM just burn 'em to a CD and import them back in. If you have a RW CD drive it won't cost 'nothing.

Thanks for the tip. I followed the link and unprotected all my songs. I deleted them from the library in DoubleTwist. Then I dragged them from iTunes back to DoubleTwist. However, they still don't sync. Not only that, when I try to play them in DoubleTwist, it crashes. I've had that software crash about 10 times today on me. What am I doing wrong? I went and found the MP4 files and Quicktime plays them fine, so I think the protection was successfully removed.

Any suggestions?

OK, so I got everything working, finally

Except, there are two protected songs left. When I click on that link to convert them, they don't show up on the list of songs that need to be converted. So how do I convert them?
