unresponsive phone

I've been having big performance issues couple months now. Especially when using the dialer. I clear cache and reboot phone consistently, but still very slow and unresponsive. Ive also gone through and removed a slew of apps that i no longer use. Any ideas?

You could boot into Safe Mode to determine whether any downloaded apps are causing the problem. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, you will need to do further detective work to figure out which app is at fault. To get into Safe Mode, press your power button, then long press Power Off.

kingpin.... are you on a RAZR ? Profile says Droid X.... that same issue was a big one with the X and X2. It could take 3-5 minutes to place a call..... ridiclous.
