Unsubscribe to threads

Is there a setting somewhere to unsubscribe to ALL threads permanently or do I have to edit it for each individual thread? The nonstop emails are getting a little bit old. :icon_eek:

You can change it in your user CP.

Where? I'm very proficient with VBulletin, so that was the first place I went, but I didn't see the option, or I missed it? What is it under specifically?

In user cp you can go to edit options, on the left hand side, and scroll down do default thread notification. I think that's what its called, switch that to no email notifications.
