Unsynced Video / Audio

I may be the only one who gets this but if your watching a movie, and you forward it to another part in the movie, the video and audio get unsynced. There will be able a second delay on the video from the audio. Is anyone else seeing this? I haven't checked any other video player apps but just wanted to see if others got this as well.

after you move to the new location in the video hit pause and then play again, it syncs it back up for me.

I definitely tried that because dealing with a few other devices, i've had to do that before. It didn't work. I mean my main concern was is this just with the stock media app or is it doing it on all the apps?
