Unwanted Fb photos on home screen!

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the photos from my friends on Fb showing up on my Home page every time they update their profile pic or post a photo....it's there! I've looked everywhere to try and stop that action but no luck! Please help, I need it to stop! :furious:

You must have a photo widget of some type on the screen? Long-press it and drag it to the top of the screen to remove it.
