up dated to Jelly bean now phone & contact app missing?!?!

since the jelly bean update my phone app is missing as well my contact list, i can receive phone calls but thats it. ive factory rest & reboot my phone and nothing?!?! sorry for noob post.

In your apps drawer you don't have the "people" and "phone" apps? Click the circle in the middle at the bottom. If you see them just long press them and move them to your home page.

there not even in my app drawer,but when i look into my setting>apps>all the app are there to clear cache etc etc.

That's odd... They're obviously still installed. I'm baffled. Let me look around for a bit.

ok, i lost my root after i factory rest my phone,(not an expert on flashing roms etc), whats even more odd my contacts show up in my message app.
