Up time/Awake time

So I've turned my phone off once maybe twice since I got it but for some reason my up time and awake time are all over the place. This morning I got up and saw its been up 75:58:02 and awake 17:16:23. Other days it will be down to around 7 up and 1 or 2 awake. Any way to keep the times down and will it will this affect battery or anything else if the times stay so high?

the uptime is however long your device is on.. if you want to cut the uptime down.. then shut off the phone,
