Update and unroot

I am new at this but question is..I rooted using z4root, made back up. The only thing I've done was change boot logo and over clock. When time to up date OTA do I just have to change boot logo back and un root with z4, or remove the other apps pertaining to rooting?

you may also have to remove/replace the "logwrapper" file before update.

Im pretty sure that if you go for the ota update with root it will unroot for you. The ota shouldnt have anything to do with root access.
