update failed

Bone stock, never rooted. Phone is a replacement from verizon though. Tells me update available, downloads it, reboots then the install fails. Shows andy on his back with a little ! Above him. Any suggestions?

Since it's stock and a Verizon replacement, I'd let tech support work it out.

Thats the plan. Just wondered if it happened ro anyone else or there was an easy solution.
