Update to 2.3.3?

So I got my Droid X2 yesterday from Verizon and I noticed it's still running 2.2.2, how would I go about getting it upgraded to 2.3.3?

I tried using the system update feature in settings but it says I'm already at the latest version, but It clearly says I'm still running Froyo.

There isn't a gingerbread build available for it.

Seriously...wow gingerbread was seriously one of the reasons I bought the phone being new I thought it'd at least have ginger bread running.
