Updated Blur email app in Gingerbread ROCKS!

If you're an exchange email user, the updated Blur email app is worth the price of Gingerbread admission alone. :)

New features:

- Set sort order in you inbox - Date (default), Conversation, Unread, Flagged)
- Set email preview in inbox to 2, 3, or 4 lines
- Selectable folder sync (e.g,. auto in background, sync when viewed)
- Out of office auto-reply setup
- Manage address history
- Smart forwarding - allows server-side attachment forwarding for Corporate Sync accounts (allows you to forward attachments w/out downloading them first
- New (to me, maybe it was there before) attachment view window
- Better handling of the option to "get more" when you are reading a large email and all of it wasn't downloaded initially

I'm sure there are a few more that I haven't noticed (and maybe something above was already there in Froyo and I missed it)...overall, just a really nice set of improvements. Very happy...

Just noticed you can also now copy text from received emails as well...been waiting for that feature in the email app since I got my first Droid. Nice...but after looking at things a little more it appears that's a feature of GB, I was able to use the same process (long press on the text, then copy markers appear, select text and tap on the end marker to copy) to copy text from a Gmail email (which has it's own copy feature in the Gmail menu).

One problem I've noticed is that if I setup a folder to sync in the background (for example, my Sent mail folder), it switches back to manual after exiting the app and going back in.

Anyone else noticing this problem ?

I haven't seen that, but I'm only syncing my inbox in the background...I'll turn on background sync for my Sent folder and see what happens...
