Updated Droid 4 today, won't stop restarting

I updated my phone today while at work it said it could take up till 20 minutes. However all my phone does is restart almost every two minutes. I can't call anyone I can connect to wifi for a short bit before it turns of again, but my phone has no service 3G or 4G. My phone was perfectly fine until update. What to do

you may have to do a factory data reset.

edit: if that doesn't help, take to verizon, tell them that the update broke your phone
