Updating Issues...

Hello,
Since I got my replacement Razr a few months ago I've had issues with the "OTA Updates". When I go to search for it I get a endless spinning blue wheel with the words Checking for Update. It never fails or succeeds to find an update. Anyone else have this?

That might be a sim card issue. Take the phone back to Verizon and have them replace the sim. If the phone has never been rooted then you should have no problems getting a the OTA. However, you need to be in a good 3g/3g reception area for the OTA update to initialize sometimes...that could be a problem also.

Yeah if you don't feel like going to Verizon you can do a factory reset and that might help!
