updating to gb questions

Ok, i'm not sure if this belongs here or not, but here it goes.

Firstly, I wanna try gingerbread. Can I just do the ota update without a problem? I am rooted and running angelrom

Second, if I do update, can I go back to version before gingerbread by sbfing?

I know there is no root or anything for gb, just wanna see what's up with it. Thanks in advance!

Gingerbread is not available for the D2G yet. If you try to flash the D2 version you may end up with an overpriced paperweight.

Nevertheless, historically, is any of that possible after an upgrade?

First if you have somehow gotten ahold of gb then please share. In order to download you will have to go back to full, unrooted/bootstrapped stock. Once upgraded you will have to hope that it can be rooted using one of the currently available methods.
And yes.you should be able to sbf back to froyo after the upgrade.

Lol did u not read the post rite before yours? THE D2 and D2G rims are not compatible without having it ported. No offence but ifyour not aware of these thingsyou who'd get like a cricket phone or just use a landline... lol jk but do some research at step one first.... its kind of like gettn puzzy.. you got to get a bn first then comes the puzzy ... got it?
