Several times my Motorola Droid 2 Global phone displays a battery and the instructions to upgrade your battery and it instructs you to call a number and hit the number 9 twice. The battery on this phone sucks so I tried it only to scroll down and read the fine print that I had just signed up for something that charges $11.95/month. Obviously a 3rd party scam. Browser address says www.betterdroids.com along with a very long extension. If you go to that site there is nothing but the word ok. Does anyone know how to deal with this?
UPDATE TO THIS POST: Read ALL the fine print and turns out it is something called SMS411 Private Messaging and they send you a text every day with some babble. They did give instructions on how to cancel it by texting the word HELP to 444-111. So, do
