Upgrade my Rom?

Hey guys. I have a gs3 and am currently running the synergy Rom. I was thinking of upgrading to android 4.4 but i would like to hear some input from other people. If i do decide to upgrade could anybody point me in the correct direction? I have the Verizon gs3 btw.

I would recommend the MOAR, it is so sweet and too many options to list.
