Upgrade to Android 2.1

Does anyone know if the update to Android 2.1 will be OTA in the same fashion Verizon did the software updates last month, or if there's something we (motorola droid owners) have to do manually?

The reason I ask is because I got an email a couple days ago informing that the update would occur in a couple days but I still haven't seen any changes yet.

There is no reason to believe it will not be OTA, so I say yes. Nobody really knows when the official update will be pushed out though.

Im sure we will all find out in due time. And if you frequent here im sure even if it is manual there will be a 1billion page post with step by step instructions, haha.
