Upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2.2 New Camera Feature not functioning Galaxy S4

Hi,
I have a Galaxy S4 I337
I upgraded to 4.2.2 OS and now have the Camera Icon on the locked Screen of my phone.
When I touch the icon to go to the camera, there is no response. (As if there was nothing there)

Called ATT support with no help.
Called Samsung support, they suggested I do a factory reset, which I did, with no help.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Nope. But my wife has said I am not pushing her button correctly!

If you are in locked screen try unlocking the phone and then touch the camera icon and see if that works
