Uploading to Youtube

Hey, im trying to upload a video to youtube from my droid x, and my wi-fi is on, and it is connected. The video is only about 1:30 long, and it says its uploading, but when i click it, it says "Queued". Help?

EDIT: it said it failed and needed to retry, so now it says uploading, but im not sure if it actually is

mine gets to about 80% then keeps saying retrying in 1min. Not sure what the problem is.

I haven't been able to get a video to upload successfully to YouTube at all. Hoping they fix this because that would be an extremely useful utility.
