Uploading Vids to Utube or any other web thing

Posted somewhere earlier re: waiting for WiFi to upload, yesterday tried it again,,now a pop up appears stating that the file is to large and needs to load via wifi,, well this answers my question why it was waiting for wifi.. "the file is to large", this pop up is new, it never stated that earlier,
If it did I wouldn't of posted my question in the first place...... Ok so now I'm able to upload clips less than a minute long...
Now to the new Q. Checked the clips that were uplaoded and clips didn't fill the default sized screen only showed in the middle of the screen, so I shot some test clips with the phone in the horizontal position (landscape), and it worked, but now it is not HD
Is there a way to capture HD in the landscape position?
the HD playback on Utube is noticable compared to the 480i playback
just wish it would fill the screen in HD

OK now a different speed bump,, upload process times out,, this also happened yesterday,, figured it was busy, but noticed when this happens the 4G send receive arrows are idle (unlit no activity) and even when I retry the 4G symbols stay idle
is thier way of limiting your use??
