USB Connect

I connect my Droid 2 Global to my computer through USB port and my computer says its not USB supported?????

More details: What operating system are you using? Have you installed any drivers from motorola? What USB mode are you using (Charge only, USB mass storage, PC mode). Are you plugging directly into a USB port, or a USB hub? Is it a USB 2.0 port? Does the phone charge?

I tried to install my phone on my computer to get driver updates.
I am plugging through a USB port.
Am i not doing something right?
