USB Connection Charging Issue

My phone is not connecting securely with my charger. I have to hold it a certain way to keep it charging.

I have the warranty from Verizon, do you guys think they will cover this if my USB connector is defective?

Not without question, someone else on this forum was denied replacement under warranty because they said it was fault over time the charger wouldn't hold.

That being said, it can't hurt to try

wow, I didn't realize really how different calling them would be opposed to going into the store. I do everything in the store...anyways, after you said that I decided to call them about an issue the store said couldn't be handled. The people on the phone were more than happy to fix it.

Do you think they do this on purpose to get us to call instead of come in?
