I need some help. I have two nearly identical unrooted Droid BIONICs. One of them works perfectly when connected over USB. ADB interface is fine, everything works. When I try to connect the other one to my computer (Win8, 64-bit), I get a "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." Opening up Device Manager shows that the working one is listed under "Android Phone -> Android ADB Interface", and the non-working one is an "Unknown Device". I have tried rebooting both my computer and the phones, to no avail. In addition, the USB transfer settings are identical on both phones, and the non-working one also does not work on my other computer. I have no idea what's wrong with it; does anyone know what could cause this?
Basically, I have two phones, one of which connects via USB, one of which does not. It's not a driver issue, a cable issue, a computer issue, or a connection issue, as both phones charge fine.
